Zion Lutheran Christian School was founded in 1964 and is accredited by both the Association of Christian Schools International and the Florida-Georgia District of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod.  Both the church and the school ministry are members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

The heart of Zion’s educational program lies in the implementation of its Christian philosophy, which is shared by the teachers and students as they interact in all areas of the school.  Together the students, faculty, and staff strive to develop their identity with Christ in order that they might seek to do His will and attain their fullest potential.  The mission of Zion Lutheran Christian School is to provide our students with a well-rounded program, focused on excellence and centered in the Christian faith.  Our goal is to challenge our students to develop academically, spiritually, physically, socially, and creatively.
