ENTRANCE PROCEDURES

-Students desiring to transfer to Zion from other schools must complete an application for admission. An applicant for grades six through twelve is required to submit two recommendation forms completed by two former teachers. Students applying for freshman status must present evidence of eighth grade graduation from an accredited middle school. A student entering at an upper level must present a transcript from the previous high school.

-Students and parents of those applying for grades six through twelve must complete an interview and provide any additional information requested by the admission committee before a final decision on acceptance is made.

-Notice of acceptance or denial will be made as soon as all required forms have been received and reviewed by the admission committee.

-An applicant for grades K through 5 is required to submit a completed application form, copies of report cards, copies of national testing scores, and a completed recommendation form from a teacher.

-Upon completion of the above, a student will complete an interview.
